The fee for my services for profit corporations and LLCs is $150.00 in all states except California and Texas, for which it is $300.00. This fee includes the following:

<> Incorporation of a profit corporation or limited liability company (filing fees additional)
<> Minute book binder containing documentation* and client copies
<> Federal tax identification number (EIN, FEIN)
<> State-specific documents for California and Texas incorporations
<> Free electronic annual report filing (filing fees additional) in states that allow electronic filingFiling fees are not included in my fee and vary from state to state.
Please contact me if you wish to establish a not-for-profit organization as both my fees and the filing fees are different for non-profits. Currently, 501(c)3 exemption approval is taking six months or more after filing the application.
Once you have decided to incorporate or establish an LLC, print out the Agreement form, fill it out, sign it, and return it to me by email, fax, or U.S. mail along with your $50.00 ($100.00 in CA & TX) nonrefundable deposit. I will send you a worksheet which will ask for your basic information--name of company, address, etc.--which you can email, fax, or mail back to me with the balance of $100.00 ($200.00 in CA & TX). I accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, certified checks, and postal money orders. I will then complete all the documents you need to file, including your minute book, within five business days.
For expedited service, everything can be done by phone if you use a credit or debit card. This includes electronic filing in states that allow it. I can deliver your documents locally, or mail them to you by Priority Mail, all at no additional charge.
When your annual report is due, if your state allows electronic filing, I will be happy to file it for you without charge. You will only be responsible for the filing fee.
