I have helped my customers establish their small businesses for over 30 years. While I am not an attorney and cannot provide legal advice, I can prepare all the documents necessary to get your business started.

The fee for my services is $150.00 in all states except California, which is $300.00. This fee includes the following:

<> Corporate name availability search
<> Incorporation of a profit corporation or limited liability company (filing fees additional)
<> Minute book binder containing documentation* and client copies
<> Federal tax identification number (EIN, FEIN)
<> California-specific documents for California incorporations
<> Free electronic annual report filing (filing fees additional) in states that allow electronic filing

Once you have decided to incorporate or establish an LLC, print out the Agreement form, fill it out, sign it, and return it to me with a $50.00 ($100.00 in CA) nonrefundable deposit. I will send you a worksheet which will ask for your basic information--name of company, address, etc.--which you can email, fax, or mail back to me with the balance of $100.00 ($200.00 in CA). I accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, certified checks, and money orders. I will then prepare all the documents you need to file, including your minute book, and return it to you within five business days. All you'll need to do is sign and mail the documents. Pre-addressed envelopes and simple instructions are also included.

Filing fees are not included in my fee and vary from state to state.

For expedited service, call me during the hours indicated and I will take your information over the phone. You will need to use a credit card for expedited service. You will also need to fax or email the Agreement to me. Call or email me for details.

When your annual report is due, if your state allows electronic filing, I will be happy to file it for you without charge. You will only be responsible for the filing fee.
